On September 2, the Songjiang District's 2025 "Drug Safety Promotion Week," themed "Drug Safety: Regulation for the People," kicked off with the unveiling ceremony of the Songjiang District Drug Review and Verification Service Center, held at the Songjiang Biomedical Product Registration Guidance Service Workstation. Guo Shuting, Member of the Party Leadership Group, Deputy Director, and Second-Level Inspector of the Municipal Drug Administration Bureau; Wang Ye, Vice Mayor of Songjiang District; Lu Feng, Party Secretary and Director of the District Market Supervision Bureau; and Yang Hongbin, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Economic Development Zone, jointly pressed a touch screen to officially launch the week-long campaign.

Attendees included representatives from relevant divisions and directly affiliated units of the Municipal Drug Administration, as well as leading officials in charge from departments such as health, medical insurance, and science & technology commissions in Songjiang District, who are responsible for the coordinated development and governance of the "Three Medicals." Also present were district-level leaders overseeing the street-level workstations providing registration guidance services for biomedical products, along with enterprise representatives and heads of relevant sections within the District Market Supervision Administration.

　　At the event, the District Science and Technology Commission and the District Market Supervision Administration presented certificates to five companies in Songjiang District that were selected for the "Shanghai Biopharmaceutical 'New and Excellent Drugs & Medical Devices' Product Catalog," as well as to five enterprises whose innovative medical devices have been approved and entered the special review process. This recognition highlights outstanding companies and products, inspiring greater innovation and creativity.
